SB 1140 - This act expands the purpose of the Department of
Health and Senior Services Document Services Fund. Currently,
Section 192.323, RSMo, specifies that the fund only be used for
goods and services related to document services. This act
broadens the purpose of the fund to include personnel costs and
costs related to the collection of data along with its current
purposes.
